...perhaps they only think somebody will build it back. Problem really is as I see it that the folks doing the rioting are mostly young teens out for a big time. Kind of like a "snow day" plus rioting looting and burning. Where are the mama's and papa's?

Many of the buildings which were damaged and/or destroyed in 1968 during the riots after Martin Luther King Jr was shot have still NOT been rebuilt or replaced, so it would seem that that's a pretty lame comment to make… As one resident stated, the state and city seemed to have no problem finding the money to build new football and baseball stadiums but they never found any to fix neighborhoods that were burned-out 47 years ago.
