It's was a statement based on my opinion and personal observation. I have many male friends, where I work and where I went to school, who would never vote for anyone with a non-European sir-name nor a member of a minority group of any kind and that would include women of any ethnic or racial background. I'm not saying that they're all bigots (although a few would fall into that category) it's simply how they were raised and they simply refuse to talk about their views on this because for many of them it's almost religious in nature, like it violates some sort of rule or universally accepted status quo.
