ZTE TRIAL
Started off this morning with the ZTE cross examination of Dr. Haas! I was astounded at the shortness and total ineffectiveness of it, great start. Nolan was IDCC next witness spoke of his job description Spoke of standards committees their importance, IDCC involvement! IDCC rest it's case! ZTE brings on their expert witness Paul Min who of course for what seemed like 2 hrs at least
testified to no infringement! Our attorney on the cross exam seemed to have their witness on the ropes and ended much to quickly for my liking! Input from others think maybe enough was accomplished! ZTE RESTED ITS CASE! I think right now we are teetering and what side it falls will be decided tomorrow in closing arguments!
