A schmuck of a governor in a state where they stopped vehicle inspections, resulting in clunkers beng dr en around blowing hazardous smoke, and diesel trucks blowing black smoke and particles all over, covering every inch of the state with black soot.
South Florida gets a D in air quality, and it has no heavy industry. It's all emissions/car/truck pollution that even the constant ocean breezes can't clear up. It looks nice in the sun, but people are taking in soot with every breath. When there is no breeze sometimes at night, it smells like a garage.
