not brought back! Max Grant not involved today nor was he introduced to the jurors at the beginning of the trial! Does this mean he is not involved in this trial, remains to be seen! First witness, Merritt spoke about the company, and putting ZTE on infringement notice top of my head 2013, Second witness Dr. Walker spoke about analyzing Qualcomm source code and DCI messaging! No damage done to him on ZTE cross! Dr. Haas followed testified on how ZTE phones infringe, he laid it out nicely for the jury! Dr. Haas cross began at the end of the day maybe 10 minutes worth! Tomorrow's cross examination of Dr. Hass will be pivotal! Input from others more dialed in and smarter then me believe we win the 613! Hopeful, some thoughts by others of maybe a MICROSOFT agreement before the trial starts

First , the ZTE attorney who did at least 1/2 of the cross examining of IDCC witnesses last trial and who lost it 2xs and was admonished by the judge for his behavior was MIA,
