...dollars saved to society in general? there is no savings. It costs more to go to Mars than it costs to go to Hawaii so why don't we all not go to Mars and take a Hawaii vacation with the money we save?

What's the number in actual dollars spent? And then you have to factor in what has been gained in dollars saved to society in general due to people having better health outcomes due to the fact that they now have insurance.
