Yea, right up until they crashed and burned and took 99% of their employee's pension funds with them, but not before they had screwed over millions of Californians with illegally manipulated charges on their electric bills, which happened while Dubya was in the White House and his lackeys on the FERC (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission) conveniently looked the other way.

...if they aren't paying any taxes, they aren't making any profit or they are taking advantage of laws put into place by their political pals of both parties in Washington.
