11 For the scripture saith , Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed .
12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
13 For * whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved .
ANYONE who believes on JESUS shall not, never, be ashamed of HIM. HE is a friend who sticketh closer than a brother for all of eternity. He loves you! He died on a cross for YOU.
Notice also there is no difference between Jews, or any other people of earth. ALL must come to GOD through JESUS who died for every one of them.
Salvation is of the LORD Jesus. No other way. HE alone is the WAY, the Truth, and The LIFE!
And last, but most great, is this last verse here.
WHOSOEVER shall call upon the name of the Lord, SHALL BE SAVED!
WHOSOEVER. THAT means ANYONE, anywhere, anytime.
Salvation is FREELY offered and given to ANYONE in the entire world if the come to Christ by FAITH, believing in their heart that God has raised HIM from the dead and that HE alone is LORD.!!!
IF ANYONE does this, GOD says THEY SHALL BE SAVED!!!
Not maybe, possibly, might be, probably..... He says SHALL. In no uncertain terms the repentant sinner who turns to CHRIST and asks forgiveness of sins and for salvation through Jesus SHALL in no uncertain terms be SAVED and have their name written in the Lamb's BOOK of LIFE and forever be a resident of GOD'S Heavenly Kingdom with Christ!
Salvation is free to all and ANYONE in the entire world.
That is why John 3: 16 says so clearly "for GOD so loved THE WORLD (and everyone in it), that HE GAVE HIS ONLY SON, that WHOSOEVER (in the world) BELIEVES in HIM shall NOT PERISH, but HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE".
Folks, the Love of GOD revealed in HIS WORD for us does not get any clearer than this.......
If you have never placed your soul's eternal destiny into the hands of the ONE who loves you and Gave himself for you, how much more do you need to know about GOD'S love and promise of eternal life for you than these promises by HIM to YOU?????
