50 And he led them out as far as to Bethany, and he lifted up his hands, and blessed them.
51 And it came to pass , while he blessed them, he was parted from them, and carried up into heaven.
52 And they worshipped him, and returned to Jerusalem with great joy:
53 And were continually in the temple, praising and blessing God. Amen.
Jesus has now empowered every single believer in HIM by going to Heaven to sit on HIS throne, and to send the Holy Ghost to earth to comfort and seal every single one who trust Christs as Savior and Lord.
The crucifixion of Christ was the beginning of SALVATION and redemption to everyone in the entire world by simply believeing ON HIM!!!!
WE are charged with spreading that simple message, that whosoever will may come and just as you are. There is no need to get cleaned up. Jesus will take care of cleaning you up! He will wash you and cleanse you with HIS own shed holy BLOOD. Your sins will be removed as far as the west is from the east.
HE will be your LEGAL COUNSEL and stand before the great JUDGE and proclaim YOU to be underneath HIS own righteousness before the FATHER and you will be innocent in the sight of almighty GOD.
There is a GREAT HYMN written, which is so true regarding these factual events that took place some 2000 years ago.
It goes like this:
Oh How HE loves you and ME!
Oh how he loves you and me! He gave HIS life
What more could He give?
Oh how he loves you!
Oh how He loves me.
Oh how He loves YOU and Me!
May the Lord of Heaven and earth bless you in your daily walk HIM!
