Thanks again. Appreciate your help in having me(and im sure others who aren't as versed in convertible offerings) understand what they did. Seems to me like were going to have an exciting 2015 for IDCC. Huawei arbitration ruling 1st half of 2015, 613 ITC MSFT ruling by end of April(where the staff was in full support of a ban) and the DE trials with ZTE and MSFT so far going IDCC's way.
67 converts are 3/16 maturity...the actual conversion px is 55+...so the holders will convert if the stock is at at 55+ or better...but the dilution wont happen unless the stock gets to 67 by 3/16...either the debt gets paid off...or the conversion happens and idc gets 67 per share for roughly 4myn shares...which would really make us bulletproof!!...its all good!!!
