67 converts are 3/16 maturity...the actual conversion px is 55+...so the holders will convert if the stock is at at 55+ or better...but the dilution wont happen unless the stock gets to 67 by 3/16...either the debt gets paid off...or the conversion happens and idc gets 67 per share for roughly 4myn shares...which would really make us bulletproof!!...its all good!!!
