just so you all know what happened this week...we were able to complete a financing over 53 dollars a share...the premium paid on the convert was 35% [my estimate was [30-33%]....so we were paid a high price and a higher premium..id call that a success since it occurred very near the 52 week highs...second the company has established a new high water mark for purchases...my guess is they wound up buying more than just the 43 million dollars worth yesterday...they probably wound up w/ a million or more shares....now the bad news...it will probably cause some near term digestion issues...AND LOOP HERES THE BAD NEWS FOR YOU....YOU'RE GONNA GET DILUTED....first at 67....then at 88....all I can say to you is...HAPPY DILUTION...I eagerly await the day when we are FULLY DILUTED
