This seems to be great news to have GS and Cowen on board finally. Also am I correct in reading the press release this morning that IDCC already bought back roughly 43M for about 750K shares for 53.61? That would put us below 37M outstanding diluted shares. Pretty damn impressive if you ask me. Conversion price at $72. IDCC seems to be very confident here that even at $52 stock price they seem undervalued.
