It has no more effect on TV than the Internet is already having, as it HAS BEEN FREE, except for a couple of notable for exceptions such as Netflx gettng strong armed last year and having to pay more for its pipes to viewers.

THAT's over. Also over is Verizon and the rest THROTTLNG MOBILE USERS, specially those with UNLIMITD PLANS.

That's over too.
