early day buyer took a strong pass at idcc before noon...accompanied by large volume...they backed off in the afternoon...probably to give their dealer a break to reclaim some shares...still we closed up over 1 1/2 points although down 1 and change from NEW 52 WEEK HIGH[last new 52 wk high was 12/22]....two thoughts...this buyer is not done...and 52 week highs are rarely a singular occurrence
