Here's the deal, people know if you travel were ISIS is YOU take the risk.

While I feel heartsick for the families that had their relatives murdered by ISIS, when 'you' make the decision to travel, by your free choice, YOU take the risk!
And then other Americans forces have their lives put at risk in attempt to rescue.

America doesn't pay ransom, to do so would support the terrorists & encourage them to take more hostages.
