this is really eff'ed up and confusing.

so they remanded the orig 613 without saying infringement but changed the claim construction.

and this one this say no infringement? i realize they are different patents from the orig 613 but i thought they expanded on them so they should be stronger?

thank goodness for the delaware case.

we have an circuit appeal victory vs msft in the original itc case ...and we have a court victory against zte in delaware...obviously todays ruling is not optimal...but it certainly doesnt kill the program...EARNINGS TMMRRW Mr. Green Mr. Green Mr. Green
