Mom told me just this week they feared they might lose me, I had measles & they had a hard time getting my temperature down. I have no recall.

I slightly remember the mumps, mostly the chicken pox. Mom told us to scratch ONE pox that wouldn't show. It worked, no scars ;))

My kids had chicken pox. My youngest had the shingles when he was 11, the pediatrician sent us to a dermatologist to be sure. Its rare in children that young. He had it on his back & stomach on one side, painful & looked like red cottage cheese.

I got the shingles about 10 years ago, hit the right side of my face & neck. Had to see an ENT dr. they were worried I might lose vision & or hearing, thank goodness I didn't.

'Vaccines' are life savers!
