Perhaps you think if a Republican is elected in 2016, he'll just shutdown the program and then there won't be any messy statistics about how many children are on food stamps.

...surely you don't expect a president to do anything about a problem he inherited from a previous administration. That's unheard of, at least since the election of obonzo.

And this is going to miraculously solve the problem how...

Perhaps you think if a Republican is elected in 2016, he'll just shutdown the program and then there won't be any messy statistics about how many children are on food stamps. Next you simply redefine what constitutes 'living in poverty', and 'BINGO', another sticky problem solved. Yea that was easy, why didn't anyone think of this sooner?
