low of day reached before 10am....better than average volume the rest of the day...my guess is buyback still in progress in front of earnings...todays "news" seemed to go unnoticed...my guess is that nothing goes unnoticed for very long...the news is significant ,its real and it might be the prelude to some "movement"....whether in the stock price or the respondents legal position
