Reviewing the ratifications I am a bit unsettled that Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan and Kansas beat New York.
New York women led the suffragettes movement.

The little suffragist in the baby carriage voted.
Because her mother protested in the streets, and fought in the courts, and in the Congress,
The United States at it's essence has an obligation to every woman on this planet.
