I don't know whether to like this more or the recent Supreme ruling on TEVA that gives preference to district court claims construction rulings (ie. making recent Delaware win much much stronger on infringement)
its not new news....we already knew the staff supported us by looking at the filings....its just the first time weve seen it in print...and idc publicly stated it....ITS ALL GOOD!!!
