I'm not sure that my wife and I could be considered as 'rich', but having bought a house in SoCal 27+ years ago, which we've avoided using as a 'credit card' by refinancing it every couple of years, we've built up enough equity in our home that we're probably showing up on some people's radar. And I imagine having a couple of 401k's whose combined value also equals about the same as our home equity, doesn't hurt either Wink
