I used to work on IBM'S telephone systems in their offices. They spent more time on silly crap than anyone I have ever known except maybe Chrysler. As a manager at a particular level of the company you were entitled to an office of a particular size and they would build false walls if they had to do so in order to insure this 'equality'. Never seen such a bunch of spoiled adults motivated only by petty jealousy in my life.
