Yup, sure could and probably is. (the error). This is like digging a hole without a shovel. Go to NVidia and get yourself a drivcr. For your OS, which you said is XP. I recommend 327.23 as a driver for that card, the newer drivers suck for newer cards, which that still is. You'll need to install it. It's painless.
ArVee. Since I'm starting out a system from scratch, I've had to install drivers in general. I notice that the error window that says I'm missing that OpenCL.ddl is named, "FahCore_18.exe." Is that for the GPU? I never installed any video driver for the 680 card. Could that be my error?
