He who was prophesied of old to come, CAME as prophesied according to the scriptures, in the little town of Bethlehem, foretold of in the book of Micah in the 5th chapter.
The MESSIAH, IMMANUEL, CHRIST THE KING, REDEEMER, LAMB OF GOD, had been born in a dirty, nasty, place where animals were kept.
He left heaven as the PRINCE OF GLORY and SON of GOD.
He came to earth to become a man, born of flesh and blood like as we, his creation are, and yet he was still the blessed and beloved SON of GOD in the FLESH, INCARNATE, at the same time. 100 percent man and 100 percent GOD.
He was BORN for ONE PURPOSE.
To DIE and pay the only acceptable penalty for all of our sins that would satisfy the JUSTICE of GOD the FATHER, which sin demanded.
Nothing else could atone for our sins. Noting else wad that kind of power or satisfy the debt from our sins.
ONLY the death of the SON of GOD and the SHEDDING of HIS BLOOD could forever pay for my sins and for yours and for the sins of the whole world.
He set his face as a flint toward Jerusalem to go forward with the Father's plan.
Jesus was born to die, to taste death for every man woman and child ever born. To FREE every man, woman and child ever born from the consequences of sin, have victory over DEATH and the GRAVE and HELL by simply trusting in HIM ALONE to save them from their sin and take HIM as Lord and Savior.
Jesus said "I stand at the door and knock; and if any man will open, I will enter in".
He came to seek and to save that which was lost. WHAT was lost?
MANKIND was lost in sin and depravity. Look around you today and see how raunchy and bad things really are. What is decadent and wrong the government today says is right and normal.
God said it was sin. It was wrong. It still is wrong.
He stands today at your heart's door and patiently knocks, waiting for YOU to open the door and let HIM into your heart and life , to BE YOUR SAVIOR, and to prepare you a place in heaven where he dwells with the saints who have gone on before.
JESUS is HOPE. JESUS is KING and HE IS LORD. He alone has the keys of death and hell and is the only one who has had victory over DEATH and the GRAVE.
MAKE TODAY the day when you finally quit resisting, stop fighting, and finally turn to HIM in simple prayer and say "Lord Jesus, I trust YOU and YOU alone to SAVE me from my sins. Please forgive me and come into my heart and save me. Write my name in the Lamb's book of life and be my savior now and forever."
If you will turn by simple faith, belief, in HIM who created YOU and made you from nothing into his own image, (body, soul, spirit), HE will save you immediately and enter into your heart and seal you with the Holy Spirit and write your name down in the Lamb's Book of life.
He will never leave you nor forsake you. He will supply you with perfect, divine peace in all situations when you place your total trust and self into HIS care.
Make TODAY, CHRISTMAS DAY, the day you finally take that BABY in a manger and ask HIM to be your Lord and Savior.
You will never after ten thousand years have gone by, regret it. We will still be standing and rejoicing in HIS presence and singing praises to the ONE who MADE US, and Redeemed us to HIMSELF with HIS OWN BLOOD.
May God GIve yo the courage and the Peace to ASK JESUS CHRIST to save you on this special Day, which is ALL about HIM, and not about santa....
