To my knowledge, Obamacare did not really affect Medicare all that much. Medicare Advantage simply combines the supplement and what Medicare covered into one plan that also usually covers the Medicare part D drug coverage as well. We do not recommend Medicare Advantage plans because many of them have been shorting people on coverage that Medicare would have taken care of.
