To my knowledge, Obamacare did not really affect Medicare all that much. Medicare Advantage simply combines the supplement and what Medicare covered into one plan that also usually covers the Medicare part D drug coverage as well. We do not recommend Medicare Advantage plans because many of them have been shorting people on coverage that Medicare would have taken care of.

The question is was that all free before Obamacare or not. He said it was but never answered with more detail. Furthermore how different is it today without Medicare Advantage?
