Obviously,
You do not.
Anyone who thinks obamacares 'health insurance' mandate
guarantees health care clearly does not understand
the difference.

As ObamaCare Brings Patients, Doctors Not Warm To Medicaid

http://www.forbes.com/sites/brucejapsen/2014/02/01/as-obamacare-brings-patients-doctors-not-warm-to-medicaid/

Less than half of doctors are accepting patients insured by Medicaid programs for the poor, according to a study of appointments for common specialties in 15 major U.S. cities.

And then there is this :

Obamacare paradox: Medicaid is expanding, but doctors are facing a huge pay cut

http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/wonkblog/wp/2014/12/10/obamacare-paradox-medicaid-is-expanding-but-doctors-are-facing-a-huge-pay-cut/

Obamacare's Medicaid expansion is facing a new threat from an unlikely source: the law itself.

An additional 9.1 million Americans have been added to the Medicaid rolls in the year since the program expanded under Obamacare. But a scheduled cut in Medicaid payments — built into the law — could steer doctors away from taking new patients covered the program.

That's because a temporary payment bump to Medicaid primary care doctors, included in the Affordable Care Act, is likely to expire at the end of the year. That will mean an average payment cut of 42.8 percent to Medicaid primary care doctors next year, according to a new Urban Institute analysis.

Do the math . . .
Doctors getting paid less money for Medicaid patients . . .

I agree with all you said, except the last part about we "have to pay for".

while some of it is true, paying for more than you need, what is different or worse than the shit we had before, assuming you exclude, you couldn't get insurance if you had a opreexisting, and all that other crap about it?

The health insurance before Obamacare was no health insurance. Its limitations were horrendous, unfair, CRIMINAL!

they no longer exist. I am willing to pay for that!

And don't patronize me. I know the difference between healthcare and health insurance.
