People continue to refer to 'Obamacare' as if it were a healthcare system in and of itself. IT IS NOT!!!!! It's a program designed to help people get health insurance coverage, pure and simple. And members of Congress, and their staffs, are already required to either get their coverage through an exchange which was established as part of the ACA or to provide their own coverage however they wish to get it as long as it meets the ACA standards, just like every other American citizen.
