worth a lick is if it charges these people.

otherwise, the us is a nation of men, not of laws.

this goes all the way back to magna carta and whether the sovereign and its representatives are subject to law.

if they are not, it ain't the rule of law.

good grief these folks are ignorant of the basic fabric of western history.

they care only about protecting a previous president from the consequences of his own choices rather than the core of what it means to be a law-abiding nation.

it's the destruction of america's standing. or prosecuting torture. those are the choices. you cannot do nothing and expect the world to think of the us the way it wants the world to think about it.

this is america's time to look in the mirror.

hope the british throw blair in jail as well.
