ZZ,
The federal government is supposed to be providing
'subsidies'. Meaning 'We the Taxpayers' ARE paying
for it.

It might be Constitutional for the individual States
to require health insurance . . .

But it is clearly Un-Constitutional for the federal
to over reach its authority and mandate it.
