Buying insurance is an act of responsibility.

No one wants to be sick or have an accident.
Should that occur, most of us would NOT want to burden our loved ones, even if they were financially able to help.

I'm surprised republicans have an issue with personal responsibility...

Buying insurance is just betting you will be sick more than healthy.
