Everything changed. All the things I outline plus many more, preventive testing for free, BLAH blah blah. Coverage of kids until 26, etc.

Everything changed. He now has COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE PLAN THAT CANNOT BE CANCELED AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON.

I will give you that they should try over time to have more customizable plans, so the old geezers do not pay for mammograms. Do not know the dynamics of doing that in the economic sense, but they may be able to create prefixed plans you can chose from based on gender, outlook, etc.
