Ya still not too bright.
What we need in this case, is a 'doc-in-the-box'
local government paid for alternative to the
emergency room. Why are we paying for insurance
companies executives mansions and the health care . . .
When all we should be paying for is the health care.

The rest of what you posted is parroting of obonzo
talking points. With absolutely no basis in reality.

I've seen too many news articles about working folks
who's health care premiums have skyrocketed.

Not to mention the gyrations many businesses are going
through to avoid obonzo-cares unfunded mandates.

Ok, let's put it this way on the subsidy:

Do you want to pay for those with no Insuramce via your insurance premiums, because of their very expensive emergency room visits, or is it better that everyone buys insurance and those who cannot afford it get a subsidy. Isn't Medicare subsidized? Why is Medicare ok, but not Obama care for those who cannot afford it?

Furthermore, insurance coverage is actually doing what you pay for, and covers a lot more.

As for cheaper insurance, the rates of premium increases have gone down, and I believe that they will go even further down when more people, specially young people whose treatments now we pay through our premiums, because they are uninsured, sign up as they should and will.
