Oh, 'We' will remember & pay dearly for many years.

'Respect' is earned, after its been tainted it will take a long time to earn it back.

At least we are admitting it. Many republians wanted Feinsten to hold off, until it was a republican controlled senate, so they could bury it.

John McCain made an impassioned speech on the floor of the senate, saying it was necessary & right for the report to be released. And the damage they did with their torture.

Some times he is spot on, today was one of those days.
He'll probably be remembered for it in history.

Perhaps being stuck in the US is not a hardship. It is certainly not a prison. But he cannot travel. Torture is a crime in international law.

The shame is the great damage Bush and Cheney have done to America's standing. In return for nothing. Americans forget these sorts of wrongs in themselves. But others remember.

Torture is a red line no one should cross.
