Perhaps being stuck in the US is not a hardship. It is certainly not a prison. But he cannot travel. Torture is a crime in international law.

The shame is the great damage Bush and Cheney have done to America's standing. In return for nothing. Americans forget these sorts of wrongs in themselves. But others remember.

Torture is a red line no one should cross.

Obama should prosecute these criminals!
