Had Bill Clinton not been blocked by a Republican Congress, He would have socialized the medical field. He did not have the Liberal Congress needed to push it through. But then you are to blind to see that.

Since you hate America and Americans so much, I do not see any reason for you to live here. You really need to move to Europe. There you could live off the state instead of taking care of yourself. Personally, I have always taken care of myself and my family. But then I believe that in all things, "Family First".
