Merkel Vs Putin or the Lady & the Bully...
Today on NPR radio they were discussing a scene with Merkel & Putin that occured a few years ago.
In 1995 Merkel was attacked by a dog & since then has a fear/caution of them.
Apparently Putin knew this.
They had a meeting with press attending. Putin had his old big black dog come into the room, and there he sat grinning, his legs apart, the dog in between them. Merkel froze.
The German press attending said they wanted to punch Putin out.
They spoke to Merkel after, she was calm & said she understood why Putin did that. She said that's the only way he can feel like a man.
She said his country has nothing except oil to depend on for their economy.
