So before the police used to plant guns or knives on their
victims, now they don't even bother doing that........
before they risked prosecution if they were found to have
used excessive force & now they don't... so no need to plant
anything even if they are filmed in the act.

So it's the system, designed to protect the system & those that
serve the system, not those that pay for the system believing
it serves them...

Today everyone is walking around with a video recording
device..........huge difference! Before it was the word of a
cop against any witness.....so probably nothing has changed!

One of the top employers of psychopaths is the police force
which is hardly a surprise....

He doesn't offer an explanation for it. Why has this changed? Why do police operate this way?

Suddenly they are cowardly? I doubt it.

I think it's because it has become ingrained in the SOPs. And it is in the SOPs because of the prevalence of deadly weapons in the general public.

Shoot first, ask questions later. When you operate in high risk circumstances, this is how you adapt.

It says it in the bible somewhere, doesn't it? The love of guns is the root of all evil. ;-)
