...he used force, that makes it robbery. It's a felony. Also he wasn't shot for stealing smokes, he was shot for trying to kill a cop. He got justice right there in the street.

So, he went into a store and ripped of some smokes. How many white kids have done that sort of thing in their lives? And now you make him out to be some sort of subhuman thug.
