it's not whether it is a toy. it is whether it looks like a toy.

the type the 12-year-old kid had unfortunately had the bright red marker removed.

parents should absolutely be responsible for their kids waving replica guns around.

you may not have read the linked article in my post. 6 year old kid shoots classmate.

it's not the person. it's the gun.

this should be so easy. don't give kids objects that look like real guns to play with in a society in which shootings and real guns are common. don't give police officers this problem to deal with.

in a society in which guns are banned, such a problem does not exist.

the second amendment has an awful lot of innocent blood in its ink.

So if a 5 year old is playing with a toy gun in
public waving it around,he should be shot dead
on sight,questions later.....

If police are going to shoot kids with toy guns,
shouldn't toy manufacturers sell them with a
government warning......"use of this toy in public
will be met with deadly police force"
