...back in the sixties ya could shoot a fleeing felon if they ran. An armed robber or rapist or such as that. Ya wouldn't shoot anyone for a simple traffic violation of course. I have had a few incidents where I had to make a quick decision to shoot or not to shoot and I decided not to both times. We didn't have them vest thingies either.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
