While I agree that most long term longs equate anything Nokia with scum, its not like this guy has been hired in the day to day operations at IDCC. I personally see this as a good move. The fact that he was responsible for forging strategic alliances and partnerships at NOK, perhaps he can help in at least bringing the two parties to the table - God knows the lawyers haven't been able to!

I know, I know, at this level everyone is in the good ol'boys club. But damn, hiring the pond scum who was one of the primary architects of nokia's death?!? This move is stupid.
