I would urge him to 'fix' Syria by helping Assad get rid of the assholes. If not, Syria will become the hornets nest none of us want

It is not our business what Assad does with his people, just as with what is happening in "stabilized" Egypt. These cultures only understand the power of their own despots. Time is the only thing n our side. Bottle up the assholes, neutralize their Jihad crap, move forward. It will take decades. We just need to focus on ourselves, getting stronger, and making sure they don't make it here. Obama has been doing a stellar job killing them as time passes.

Besides, if we went into Syria to kill them fast, it would only help Assad. We can help him without going in. We also need to make sure azsshole movements don't get money to get stronger.

We both can agree that Obama has done a bang-up job in the Middle East, and the future looks just as crappy. That's the net result.
