dndodd: Good guess, according to the just issued 10-Q, there were 37,164,303 shares outstanding at October 28, 2014.
Very aggressive buyback since July. Would imagine they are going to keep buying through the end of Q4. as of today share count is at 38.2M. I believe they think at this point 40 is the floor especially with Huawei arbitration coming up which will increase EPS in 2015. Great job IDCC! I like how the year end is shaping up and into 2015!
