I believe you are right about a win being anticipated as the trial approached. The share price didn't go up as much today as I hoped, but not invalid and infringed sure sounds great.
The share price we want will come from patent license agreements, and this should help drive them.
i think 2 or 3 points were already baked into the cake...we were up 5 points leading into the trial...quality accounts do not buy into 3 point spikes... after a 5 point rally....they assess the news and wait for things to calm down a bit..we all know the significance of this event....imo this stock has been DE-RISKED over the past twenty four hours....this will take some time for it to really work its way into the price...a good earnings report will accelerate the process...all in all...IT WAS A GREAT DAY AT SEA TODAY!!!!
