idc stated in their 'humble" pr...that they would like to settle this w/ ZTE on a fair,reasonable and non-discriminatory basis....BUT... what is a frand rate for someone who has fought you tooth and nail and cost you millions of dollars in legal fees...vs someone who truly signed a FRAND license willingly w/o the legal expense....surely there must be a distinction...common sense dictates such!!!
