...thing is, a minimum wage is really an entry level wage. If you been at a job ten years and are still making the minimum wage it's time to give up.

How can you have TWO 'minimum' wages? Either one is THE minimum or the other one is. You can't have two different things which are BOTH the lowest, unless they are exactly the same.
