True, but most make big profits. Those who don't, have a shitty business and/or business plan. Underpaying labor is not the way to profits, unless you live in Timbuktu. In advanced economies, it's plain stupid business.

...if ya work for somebody they expect to make a profit on your labors. If they don't, there is no reason to hire ya. If ya make more an hour than ya generate in profits ya is not cost effective.
